About the role
In close partnership with our client, the Senior Account Manager assists the team in creating powerful and impactful digital content, building one‑to‑one relationships, providing total client support and delivering the best advice. The candidate ensures client requirements are met and all information is available, engages proactively with client needs, and understands the marketing strategy. They manage the full end‑to‑end lifecycle of projects and work alongside the Account Director within a 15‑strong Client Service team, delivering exceptional service.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with the client and be responsible for Brand Guardianship, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Feed into milestone project plans and communicate them internally and externally in a timely manner.
- Interpret and consolidate client briefs; set and manage project timelines, brief projects, and ensure all output meets client requirements, is quality‑checked, approved, and on brand before release.
- Support the AD with issue escalation/resolution, manage resource requirements, and elevate potential bottlenecks when necessary.
- Assist with financial management, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely, and support the AD on account profitability.
- Monitor KPIs for the account.
- Help grow account & client development; develop, maintain, and grow client relationships, identifying new opportunities.
- Focus on internal commercial understanding: retention, revenue growth, high client satisfaction scores, and improved processes.
