You’ll be the linchpin for both agency‑side and client‑side stakeholders, ensuring seamless project flow from briefing to delivery across a high‑volume, fast‑paced financial services account in the insurance sector.
What you will be doing:
- Client‑Facing / Client Services
- Relationship Management: Serve as day‑to‑day lead for client communications, ensuring needs are anticipated and exceeded across multiple insurance product lines and campaigns.
- Brief Intake & Clarification: Accurately interpret and challenge client briefs, ensuring strategic and creative alignment with insurance brand objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables across policy launches, claims communications, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Expectation Management: Set and manage client expectations around feasibility, timelines, processes, and scope—particularly for time‑sensitive insurance marketing and regulatory‑driven communications.
- End‑to‑End Project Ownership: Manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence across insurance product marketing, customer retention campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Scheduling & Prioritization: Triage incoming briefs, maintain a live production schedule, and prioritise workloads in consultation with clients and internal teams—balancing BAU insurance communications with campaign peaks.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep—escalating or resolving as appropriate, with particular attention to compliance and regulatory deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee asset quality and compliance, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations across digital, print, and multi‑channel campaigns.
- Resource Allocation: Work closely with studio leads to allocate designers, copywriters, producers, and other creative resources across insurance product campaigns, policy documentation, and customer communications.
- Capacity Planning: Forecast, monitor, and report on studio utilization and capacity in line with anticipated project flow, including seasonal insurance peaks (renewals, open enrollment periods, etc.).
- Workflow Optimization: Implement systems and processes to handle high asset volumes and streamline studio operations for multi‑product insurance campaigns and always‑on customer communications.
- Freelancer/Partner Management: Source and onboard additional resource as required, ensuring seamless integration and output—particularly for specialists in financial services or regulatory content.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 3+ years' experience in a creative or marketing agency, directly managing projects and client relationships, ideally within financial services or insurance sectors.
- Proven experience handling multiple projects in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment with regulatory or compliance considerations.
- Outstanding communication skills: adept at presenting ideas, managing feedback, and building rapport with both creative teams and insurance industry stakeholders.
- Sharp organizational & multitasking abilities with clear attention to detail and an understanding of compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of the creative process, asset production workflows, and studio operations—particularly for regulated financial services content.
- Bonus: Familiarity with insurance products, customer lifecycle marketing, or experience working on financial services accounts.
