With at least 5+ years of production experience, you will lead digital/social productions while supporting Senior Producers, EPs and Account Management on larger initiatives. This role combines traditional production management with pioneering the integration of AI and emerging technologies into creative and logistical processes, across both in-house line and agency productions. You’ll thrive under pressure, collaborate across multiple projects, and ensure high production value, seamless delivery, and budget adherence. This hybrid role involves regular meetings with internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Applying production knowledge to consult on forward planning/strategy/feasibility before creative ideas are shared with the client, evaluating solutions that can meet the creative and logistical needs, flagging any roadblocks in advance.
- Lead all stakeholder meetings, driving collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders, from the initial scope through production to final delivery.
- Educating clients and teams on the benefits and limitations of AI-driven approaches.
- Work closely with account management teams to manage expectations around production, project margin and risk, delivering projects on time and in budget.
- Develop project plans and realistic schedules, flagging any risk or concerns along with suitable solutions.
- Manage communication with design, post-production, and AI teams to incorporate innovative technologies where needed.
- Oversee medium-scale still and moving image shoots, coordinating with crew, AI tools, locations, and props.
- Work closely with video producers/designers on post-production.
- Liaise with procurement teams and internal cost controllers to follow set protocols in the delivery of production for that brand.
- Partner with third-party suppliers, bringing your own preferred supplier relationships into our vendor database.
- Ensure seamless integration of traditional and AI-driven creative approaches while maintaining high-quality craft.
- Support and shadow Senior Producers on large-scale productions, assist with organisation, travel, etc.
- Manage project sustainability by tracking carbon emissions via Adgreen’s Carbon Calculator and ensure ethical AI content use.
- Oversee project wrap-up, including third-party costs, final asset delivery, and financial reconciliation.
Generative AI-Specific Responsibilities
- Facilitate integration of Generative AI tools and workflows into creative and production processes, advising on how these tools can enhance and augment traditional production methods.
- Run own exploration and AI-driven content generation (text, images, video) into both concept development and production deliverables, to streamline workflow and improve turnaround times.
- Stay updated on Gen AI advancements, ensuring AI integration aligns with high creative standards.
- Promote ethical and responsible use of AI-generated content with clients and stakeholders.
What you need to be great in this role
- Experience in managing and producing still and moving image content, with exposure to both agency and production environments.
- Strong understanding of how to integrate AI tools into production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to explain AI technologies to clients and non-technical teams.
- Curiosity for new AI technologies that drive efficiency and creativity.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work independently.
- Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Calm under pressure, with great negotiation skills.
- Strong network in the UK and international markets.
Our values
- Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Be always learning and listening to understand.
- Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations.
