We partner with over 300 clients in 40+ countries and counting. Our unique model drives creativity and efficiency, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions that resonate deeply with audiences. Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.

About the role: As Integrated Designer, you'll produce high-quality creative work across a diverse mix of digital, print, and multimedia projects for the client's Enthusiast portfolio — and support the wider design team when needed. You'll be equally confident working to a tight brief and contributing creatively in the ideation phase, managing your own projects end-to-end, and communicating directly with clients. The work is fast-paced and varied, with a clear peak around event season — and you'll thrive in that rhythm.

What you will be doing:

  • Create compelling digital and print creative across the Clarion Enthusiast portfolio — from brief through to final delivery, including direct client communication and design presentations.
  • Develop multimedia projects spanning print assets, digital content, static social assets, basic video editing, and event and exhibition collateral.
  • Prepare all files to correct digital, motion, and print specifications, ensuring technical accuracy across every deliverable.
  • Ensure brand and visual consistency across all output, implementing existing brand guidelines with precision and care.
  • Manage design quality, accuracy, and consistency across concurrent projects — taking personal responsibility for quality control at every stage.
  • Collaborate with the wider Clarion team — including Senior Designers, a Creative Artworker, and the Client Services Lead — on ideation, production, and delivery.
  • Support other designers on the team with offline design briefs as needed.
  • Stay current with emerging digital design trends and platform developments, bringing relevant thinking to the team proactively.
  • Attend the OLIVER London office (151 Rosebery Avenue, EC1R 4AB) for client or internal meetings on occasion.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated design craft across digital and print — including typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite — particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop — alongside Canva and Adobe Firefly.
  • Low-to-mid-level skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion and basic video editing.
  • A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking as applied to web, digital, e-commerce, and social media advertising.
  • Experience producing a varied mix of deliverables: digital content, print design, brochures, static digital assets, and event or exhibition materials.
  • Strong conceptualisation and illustration skills, with the ability to bring original thinking to briefs as well as execute within guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail — you take quality control seriously and maintain high standards across every project, at pace.
  • Confident, clear communication skills — you can present and discuss your work with clients and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines reliably, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in the events, exhibitions, or conferences sectors is an advantage, though not essential.
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to design — including Adobe Firefly and other relevant tools — to support ideation, production efficiency, and asset creation.
  • Experience building personal AI workflows to improve the speed and quality of creative output.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound design judgement — maintaining brand consistency and craft standards.
  • Agentic approach to project management: you break down complex, multi-format briefs systematically and work through them efficiently with minimal oversight.
  • Formal qualifications are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience — gained through work, self-directed learning, or other routes — counts equally.
