Established in 2004, OLIVER is the world’s first and only specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. We partner with over 300 clients in 40+ countries and counting. Our unique model drives creativity and efficiency, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions that resonate deeply with audiences. As a part of The Brandtech Group, we're at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to revolutionise how we create and deliver work. Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.

About the role:

As Integrated Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and adapting design solutions across a diverse range of campaigns, formats, and channels - from brand campaigns and event and marketing collateral to presentations and digital assets. Working closely with creative leads, the Account Director, and client stakeholders, you'll take briefs from concept through to completion with a strong visual sensibility, strategic awareness, and a consistent eye for quality. You'll bring energy and curiosity to every project, balancing independent creative thinking with a collaborative approach to studio life. Comfortable integrating AI tools into your creative workflow, you'll look for smart ways to enhance concept development and adapt ideas efficiently across formats.

What you will be doing:

  • Concept & Campaign Design: Develop and adapt design concepts across print, digital, and mixed-media channels, interpreting briefs with confidence and maintaining creative integrity and brand consistency throughout. Collaborate with creative leads and the wider team to develop ideas, share feedback, and uphold a high standard of studio output. Apply compliance awareness to design outputs, ensuring materials meet the standards expected in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Digital & Presentation Design: Design and produce high-quality presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including master and default style creation, translating complex content into clear, visually engaging formats. Create digital assets — social media templates, motion graphics, HTML emails (design only, not build), and web-ready files — applying strong layout, typography, and imagery judgement to ensure output is platform-ready and visually compelling.
  • Collaboration & Client Service: Build effective working relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders, communicating clearly on creative direction, project status, and capacity risks. Manage multiple live projects simultaneously, contribute to a positive studio culture, and complete timesheets and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Gen AI & Agentic Thinking: Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to enhance concept development and production efficiency, building effective prompts and critically evaluating outputs before use. Break down complex, multi-format briefs into clear, manageable steps — adapting quickly when priorities shift to find the most efficient path to the best creative outcome.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating original concept development and the ability to adapt ideas confidently across print, digital, and mixed-media formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a confident eye for layout, typography, and imagery, and the ability to develop visual solutions that meet both creative and commercial objectives.
  • Experience designing and producing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including master template creation and translating complex content into clear, engaging visual formats.
  • Working knowledge of digital design practices: social media templates, web asset preparation, and basic motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with brand identity systems, with the confidence to apply and protect visual standards consistently across formats and channels.
  • Awareness of compliance-sensitive design environments, with the ability to apply required standards and sign-off processes as part of standard workflow.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management, with a consistent track record of maintaining quality across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Clear, confident communication with creative leads and client stakeholders, with a proactive approach to flagging issues and managing expectations.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools relevant to creative design, with experience building effective prompts and critically evaluating outputs before use.
  • Agentic mindset: able to break creative challenges into manageable steps, adapt when priorities shift, and bring genuine curiosity about how AI can improve creative quality and output efficiency.

Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
