About the role: We are a fast‑growing, ever‑evolving marketing services company harnessing the power of GenAI. We are reorganising and launching several large global client engagements each requiring global coordination, high output, efficiency and scale. We need an experienced Global Program Director to help ensure we meet key KPIs as the engagement ramps.

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with client teams worldwide and support personnel in regional hubs, acting as the organising force to ensure smooth, end‑to‑end delivery across all studios from scoping to invoicing.
  • Own operational and financial reporting to internal and client stakeholders, and collaborate with the client’s Finance personnel to provide necessary data and reports.
  • Apply tactical expertise to manage globally distributed creative and production teams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery, and partner with other vendors and suppliers.
  • Support the Account Lead in top‑line growth and relationship evolution, and be ultimately accountable for the gross profit of the global arrangement, making key decisions and adjusting budgets as needed.
  • Develop deep understanding of the client’s business, lead the team in determining the best approach, deliverables, schedule and tools within constraints, and optimise workflow continuously.

Measures of Success:

  • Project profitability: Track margin percentage against budget or revenue generated per project.
  • Budget adherence: Measure accuracy of forecast and variance analysis.
  • Resource utilisation: Monitor high utilisation rates without overworking teams.
  • Revenue growth: Contribute to overall studio revenue growth through delivery and new business.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 15+ years of advertising agency experience.
  • 10+ years of global programme/project management experience.
  • Production experience.
  • Creative, digital and technically minded, comfortable with the evolving discipline environment.
  • 8+ years of client‑facing experience as senior agency member.
  • Commercially astute with 8+ years of contract and financial experience.
  • 5+ years of Capacity and Resource Management / Casting experience.
  • 3‑5 years of people management experience.
  • Clear, concise communication at all stakeholder levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver within sold margins and develop solutions to margin challenges.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams, inspire teamwork and lead effectively.
  • Simultaneous focus on big picture, details and results.
  • Experience managing creative teams throughout the project lifecycle under tight timelines.
  • Understanding of strategic fit for clients and OLIVER.
  • Experience managing competing priorities at local and global scales.
  • Experience establishing and running globally distributed delivery.
  • Experience in global capacity planning to ramp teams timely.
