We partner with over 300 clients in 40+ countries and counting. Our unique model drives creativity and efficiency, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions that resonate deeply with audiences. Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.

About the role: We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to own and drive our online product presence across key retail partners. Sitting within the Home Solutions team and covering Refrigeration, Laundry, Dishwashers and Microwaves, this role is central to ensuring our products are presented compellingly, accurately and competitively across the digital shelf. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and agency partners, balancing creative content delivery with analytical reporting to continuously improve our online performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Content & Creative: Lead the creation and management of product content across retailer PDPs — including image galleries, video, feature cards and rich content. You'll brief agencies and internal creatives, source and review assets, write copy and ensure everything is executed to a high standard and on time.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Manage the end-to-end launch of new products onto retailer sites and our Online Business Site, coordinating between HQ, local stakeholders and agency partners to bring pages live accurately and on schedule.
  • Retailer Management: Maintain and optimise product listings across key accounts including Currys, AO, Argos, John Lewis, Marks Electrical and Appliance City — ensuring imagery, content, energy labels and product information are all correct and consistently updated.
  • Reporting & Insight: Produce regular reporting across three core areas: NPI progress, review performance and product visibility. Surface actionable insights for stakeholders across CRM, Shopper Experience and Sales to act upon.
  • Online Shelf Monitoring: Track product positioning, pricing, stock and content quality across retailer sites. Identify gaps and opportunities to improve visibility and competitiveness.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience in an eCommerce, digital marketing or online merchandising role
  • Familiarity with major UK retail platforms (Argos, JLP, Currys, AO etc.)
  • Confident managing content production end-to-end, including basic asset creation
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear stakeholder reporting
  • A proactive self-starter who can identify and act on opportunities independently

Our values shape everything we do: Be Ambitious to succeed, Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible, Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work, Be always learning and listening to understand, Be Results-focused to exceed expectations, Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations.
