  • Present design rationales clearly illustrating creative decision-making that ladders up to business and brand objectives.
  • Passionate about the design process, taking key stakeholders on the journey from inspiration to exploration until final execution.
  • Applying shopper insights, test-and-learn findings and performance data to refine creative/artwork where required.
  • Document prompts, settings and outputs where AI is used to support reproducibility, licensing clarity and compliance with retailer and brand policies.
  • Quality check outputs and artwork against retailer guidelines, brands principles and accessibility standards and sustainability considerations.
  • Maintain brand guardianship crafting distinctive, on-brand creative assets that bring our brands' strategic and creative ambitions to life.
  • Deliver to agreed timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed and risks visible.
