Role: Junior Content Creator (12m FTC)

About the role:
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the table.
Reporting to our Craft Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multimedia content across a range of platforms with a creative, innovative, can-do approach.
We are looking for someone who is immersed in digital culture and involved in the ideation process as well as being able to produce, shoot and execute ideas to a high-level utilising Adobe Creative Suite software. Day to day you will have to draw on this experience as you take briefs and liaise with the clients on these ideas. Once production commences, you will be expected to shoot and execute the idea to a high creative standard and by activating the best production solution based on the brief. This will mean you will need to feel comfortable producing, shooting, editing, retouching, and/or animating to deliver the final film and then handle the distribution of this master asset.
You will often be the face of the company on small shoots so we are definitely looking for someone who loves to be client-facing.
You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and clients. A professional attitude and flexible working approach are highly desirable.
What you will be doing:
- Conceptualise, develop, and manage creative shoots and edits across both video and stills photography; following through to post-production and final delivery
- Creating a wide variety of content across a number of different clients, brands and products
- Running the on-site studio, managing kit and bookings
- Owning briefs and self-producing jobs from start to finish
- Working with shoot and post-producers to assist in the production and execution of larger jobs
- Work closely with account and project management teams to manage expectations around production and to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Thorough understanding of how different digital channels present different challenges and opportunities
- Helping liaise with the onsite OLIVER creatives and teams as production consultant to help get creative ideas across the line
- Editing and animating content based on the signed off creative brief.
- A deep understanding of the production & post-production processes for digital video, stills capture, production and delivery
- Recognise marketing objectives, and how the use of digital media can support marketing requirements
- Support on setting and defining new internal and production processes
What you need to be great in this role:
- Degree educated or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- Typically, 3+ years proven track record in a shoot and post-production environment.
- Excellent camera skills across both stills and video
- Skilled at lighting for all types of shoots
- Ability to gain respect, trust and confidence of senior management, partners, and clients
- Thorough hands-on ability to use the Adobe Creative Cloud in particular Premiere Pro & After Effects are essential
- Experience in DaVinci Resolve and colour grading is favourable, but not essential
