Role: Designer (12-Months FTC)
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
About the role:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Gen AI Designer to join our creative agency in London. In this role, the Designer will primarily work with our client, a leading B2B finance solutions company, to create cutting-edge AI-generated creative content that elevates their brand and marketing communications. The Integrated Designer takes creative campaigns from brief to completion, including social and digital, sponsorships. This role will work closely with the Copywriter to provide new ideas and creativity while complying with the client’s brand guidelines and managing day-to-day running of projects within specified time frames and budgets.
What you will be doing
- Design and develop AI-generated creative assets for various marketing channels and campaigns
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to establish design systems and templates for AI generation
- Utilize AI tools such as Pencil to create and iterate on design concepts
- Optimize AI prompts to achieve consistent, on-brand creative outputs
- Stay current with evolving generative AI technologies and methodologies
- Present and explain AI-generated work to clients and internal teams
- Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Producing design ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Create inspiring content – from repurposing and reformatting assets to ideation
- Evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, researching branding and marketing developments to stay at the forefront of creative excellence
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes for a high-profile client
- Be open to sustainability training relevant to the role and engage with recommended research on sustainability issues
What you need to be great in this role
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong working relationships
- An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills – full of ideas across multi-platforms
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design, UI design and storytelling
- Understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
- Understanding of UX and latest social and digital technology trends
- Motion and video skills using After Effects and Premiere; storyboarding and animation concepts
- Experience working with print-based collateral and branding knowledge
- Ability to articulate ideas confidently with the team and clients
- Experience in XXX sectors
- Experience working with XXX products
- 5+ years of relevant experience in: Digital, Motion Graphics, Artwork, Production
- Commitment to environmental responsibility and social equity in day-to-day work
