Overview

Designer (12-Months FTC) at OLIVER Agency – London, United Kingdom. We are seeking a talented Gen AI Designer to join our creative team, working primarily with a leading B2B finance solutions company to create AI-generated creative content that elevates brand and marketing communications. The Integrated Designer takes creative campaigns from brief to completion, collaborating with the Copywriter and adhering to brand guidelines, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-generated assets for various marketing channels and campaigns
• Collaborate with the creative team to establish design systems and templates for AI generation
• Utilize AI tools to create and iterate on design concepts
• Optimize AI prompts to produce on-brand creative outputs
• Stay current with evolving generative AI technologies and methodologies
• Present and explain AI-generated work to clients and internal teams
• Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Produce design ideas that meet the client brief from outset to completion
• Create inspiring content—from repurposing and reformatting assets to ideation
• Monitor industry trends and developments to maintain creative excellence
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, handling multiple projects for a high-profile client
• Engage with sustainability training relevant to the role and apply recommended research

What you need to be great

• Excellent client engagement and ability to influence stakeholders
• Innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting across multi-platforms
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail
• Experience with online banners, social posts (Instagram, Facebook), web/UI design, and storytelling
• Understanding of responsive design across digital platforms
• Understanding of UX and current social/digital technology trends
• Motion and video skills using After Effects and Premiere; storyboarding and animation concepts
• Experience with print-based collateral and branding
• Ability to articulate ideas confidently with team and clients
• Experience in relevant sectors and with relevant products
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital, Motion Graphics, Artwork, or Production
