About the role:
This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for a driven, motivated, experienced and exceptionally organised individual to join our fantastic Creative Services team to help us reach our next level of growth. The Creative Services team contributes to the development of major campaigns for all the client’s brands across all channels.
As Traffic Manager you will play a pivotal role, as this position will encompass all areas of our creative services offering. Managing all aspects of workflow and delivery across the whole internal studio to ensure all work is resourced efficiently and produced on time.
Working closely with our creative production team, you will organise, manage and coordinate all resources and the distribution of work to meet our business needs and those of our stakeholders. Your key focus will be to develop, change where required and integrate all of our workflows into one seamless process.
What you will be doing:
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class creative—on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Highly structured, with experience developing and managing complex workflows across functions, time zones, and priorities.
- Own the end-to-end intake, planning, and prioritisation of creative requests across the Creative Studio.
- Exceptional project and time management skills - able to manage multiple deadlines and guide external partners with confidence.
- Act as the key liaison between the Creative Studio and internal partners across regional marketing, product, legal, compliance, and comms—ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
- Drive continuous improvement of creative workflows, processes, and tooling—ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays in project execution and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control: Ensure that projects meet quality standards and that all necessary approvals and reviews are completed before delivery to clients or stakeholders.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience of managing the workflow within a creative agency that covers all aspects of content production and copywriting.
- Experience of working effectively with creative teams and a proven background in the production and management of a wide range of teams and projects in varied sizes.
- Exceptionally organised with a passion for driving and optimising resource with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal teams and with strong commercial thinking to drive and increase efficiency.
- Excellent reporting skills with the ability to evaluate workflows, capacity, deliverables and service levels.
- A proactive, flexible and energetic team player who can work calmly under pressure whilst delivering a phenomenal attention to detail.
- Can manage conflicting opinions and resolve with the company’s best interests in mind, whilst maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Be confident at presenting and running regular WIP meetings, kick off meetings with clear and engaging communication skills.
- In such a fast-paced environment you must be intuitive, able to lead and to think on your feet.
- Knowledge and experience of various project management methodologies including Agile.
- Fluency in creative production processes, feedback cycles and creative/design software capabilities and limitations to aid effective scheduling and expectation management.
- The ability to combine strategic foresight and operational aptitude to consider both big picture and day-to-day department and wider business needs.

Qualifications/experience:
- 8+ years’ experience in a creative studio traffic management.
- Solid knowledge of creative and design processes.
- Experience of using relevant Project Management, Traffic, Scheduling systems. Experience with Monday.com, Workfront and Microsoft Office is essential.
