About The Role You will be the strategic architect behind content that connects iconic brands with contemporary culture. Based in Kingston, UK with hybrid working arrangements (min. 3 days per week on‑site), you will oversee social strategy and execution for well‑loved food brands across the UK. Your strategic vision will transform brand messaging into cultural currency, ensuring our products don't just participate in conversations but help define them. What You Will Be Doing
- Define and execute ambitious content strategies that position a range of beloved food brands at the heart of cultural conversations, focusing on organic social but feeding into influencer and paid strategies.
- Be a strategic partner with clients and their agencies, serving as a day‑to‑day expert and advisor to brand teams and feeding into wider marketing and campaign decisions.
- Provide strategic guidance on influencer agency partnerships and deliver informed recommendations to optimise collaboration and performance.
- Lead a team of three Social Media Managers.
- Drive performance, insight and optimisations across social channels and strategies.
- Oversee influencer activity.
- Create frameworks and guidelines that ensure consistent quality across always‑on content, influencer partnerships and reactive moments.
- Spearhead the integration of GenAI technologies that enhance creative outputs while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Collaborate with insights and analytics teams to continuously optimise performance and apply learnings to elevate social content and channel performance.

- Proven ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining excellence in fast‑paced environments.
- Expertise in enterprise‑grade social management platforms (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meltwater or similar).
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- A talent for translating complex strategic thinking into clear, compelling presentations.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and authority.
