As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our existing Domiciliary and Complex Care services whilst helping develop and launch a new Supported Accommodation provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond simply maintaining compliance and play a key role in shaping, growing and developing services that genuinely change lives.
As Registered Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant delivery of our regulated services. You will provide strong operational leadership to care teams, coordinators and team leaders while working closely with the Directors and Nominated Individual to support business growth and service development.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the launch and development of a new Supported Accommodation service while maintaining high-quality domiciliary and complex care services.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Compliance
- Maintain and fulfil all responsibilities associated with CQC Registered Manager registration.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC Fundamental Standards.
- Lead preparation for inspections, audits and commissioner reviews.
- Submit CQC notifications and statutory reports.
- Act as Safeguarding Lead across all services.
- Ensure robust quality assurance systems are embedded throughout the organisation.
- Lead investigations relating to incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and medication errors.
Service Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of person-centred care and support.
- With the support of the Team Leaders, ensure care plans, risk assessments and support plans remain accurate and up to date.
- Promote Positive Behaviour Support and least restrictive practice.
- Monitor outcomes and quality of life for people receiving support.
- With the support of the Clinical lead, ensure safe and effective management of complex healthcare packages.
- Lead the mobilisation of a new Supported Accommodation service.
- Support referrals, assessments and transition planning.
- Build positive relationships with local authorities and commissioners.
- Ensure tenancy rights and independence are promoted at all times.
- Support occupancy growth and service sustainability.
Leadership & Workforce Development
- Lead, motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct staff supervision, appraisals and performance management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce development.
- Ensure training compliance and competency assessments are maintained.
- Create a positive culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement.
Business Development & Growth
- Build and maintain relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
- Attend provider forums and networking events.
- Support tender submissions and framework applications.
- Contribute to occupancy growth and service expansion.
- Monitor budgets, staffing costs and service profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within Adult Social Care Service
- Strong knowledge of CQC Regulations, Safeguarding Adults, Mental Capacity Act, Positive Behaviour Support and Health & Safety legislation
- Experience managing domiciliary care services
- Experience managing complex care packages
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Current Registered Manager status with CQC
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care
- Experience within Supported Living or Supported Accommodation
- Experience mobilising new services
- Experience working with commissioners and local authorities
- Knowledge of Birdie, Nourish, Access Care Planning or similar digital care systems
