We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of our partner, RISCO. RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting
- Contact potential customers, build relationships, and introduce RISCO products and solutions
- Qualify marketing leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline together with the regional Sales Manager
- Schedule customer meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Prepare customer quotations and pricing in accordance with company policies
- Provide product guidance and maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends
- Promote company events, training sessions, and special offers
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Participate in sales meetings, roadshows, and company events
Requirements
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, or Account Management
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques including negotiation, cross-selling, and upselling
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience within the security industry is an advantage
