Regional Director – Specialising in Recruitment and Business Development

Olive Tree Wealth Management Ltd, based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, is seeking a Regional Director to lead recruitment efforts for existing AR firms seeking a change of direction, as well as support new start-up businesses.

Location: West Yorkshire/South Yorkshire (Flexible: Home, Office, or Hybrid)

Salary: £23,000 – £40,000 + bonuses, depending on experience

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established financial advisory firm within the Quilter Financial Planning network, one of the largest in the UK.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading recruitment initiatives for AR firms and start-ups.
2. Building and maintaining relationships within the industry.
3. Providing strategic guidance to new and existing businesses.
4. Supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in recruitment and business development within financial services.
2. Strong industry network and relationship management skills.
3. Proven leadership abilities.
4. Relevant financial or business qualifications preferred.
