As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service delivery, supporting both clients and clinicians, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation.
About The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staffing and service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for both clients and clinicians, managing queries efficiently and ensuring the right clinicians are matched to client needs in line with company policies and care standards.
Working closely with the Transforming Care, Account Management, and Sales teams, you will help maintain high levels of client satisfaction while supporting business growth. The role also includes participation in the on-call rota as part of your regular duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing solutions to meet client requirements across care services
- Manage and respond promptly to all incoming client and clinician queries
- Match clinicians skills, experience, and availability to client needs
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure compliant and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Support service improvement and build positive relationships with clients and staff
About You
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Experience within the healthcare sector, ideally in a coordination or administrative role
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
