Olive Recruit is seeking a Head of Colleges to lead six specialist college sites across England & Wales. This senior role oversees strategic direction, learner outcomes, and multi-site leadership, with regular travel across locations.

You will drive teaching quality, performance improvement, and alignment with safeguarding and employer partnerships, reporting to the Education Senior Leadership Team.
