The predicted salary is between 42000 - 50000 Β£ per year.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and resilient Turnaround Manager to lead the immediate stabilisation and improvement of a regulated residential service. This is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent Registered Manager position for the right candidate. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding opportunity for a confident leader who can quickly establish operational control, strengthen team culture, and drive sustainable improvements.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager who is ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact within a service undergoing positive change.

About the role

As Turnaround Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for stabilising the service while preparing it for long-term success. You will provide visible, hands-on leadership, ensuring the service delivers safe, person-centred support while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements. You will work closely with the existing team to embed positive cultural change, improve quality standards, strengthen governance, and build staff confidence.
