This role involves working with people with mental ill health, substance misuse histories, and complex behavioural needs, delivering structured, person-centred support to promote stability, recovery, and risk reduction.
About the role
In this role, you will hold a caseload of individuals requiring intensive, coordinated support. You will develop detailed support and risk management plans, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that safeguarding, compliance, and recovery-focused outcomes remain central to all interventions. The position requires resilience, strong professional boundaries, and a confident, trauma-informed approach.
