Key Responsibilities
- Lead night shifts with confidence, positivity, and professionalism.
- Deliver high-quality person-centered care, ensuring residents' individual needs are fully supported.
- Develop, review, and follow personalized care plans that reflect holistic, outcome-focused support.
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, administering medications safely and accurately.
- Maintain full compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Foster a respectful, warm, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
- Champion continuous learning and development to enhance care delivery.
About You
- Valid NMC Registration (Registered General Nurse)
- Strong understanding of person-centered care and dignity in care
- Confident shift leadership and excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and committed to ongoing professional development
- Experience with dementia and/or end-of-life care (desirable)
- Experience using electronic care planning systems, ideally PCS (desirable)
- Proven ability to develop and implement person-centered care plans (desirable)
- Warm, friendly, positive, and genuinely passionate about supporting older people
