We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and ambitious Registered Care Manager to lead the launch and development of a brand-new domiciliary care branch in the Taunton area. This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow a new service from the ground up while benefiting from the support of an experienced central team.

As the founding Registered Care Manager, you will lead the branch through CQC registration, build a high-performing local team, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centred care.

About the Role

As the Registered Care Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful mobilisation, registration, and operational leadership of the new domiciliary care branch. You will ensure the service delivers safe, effective, and high-quality care while building strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and the local community.

Although you will have full accountability for the branch, you will be supported by dedicated central recruitment, marketing, quality, and compliance teams throughout the registration process and beyond. This allows you to focus on building a successful local service while benefiting from the infrastructure of an established organisation.
