Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a skilled Domiciliary Registered Manager to lead and develop a thriving home care service. The Domiciliary Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service, including recruiting, training, and supervising care staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to individuals in their own homes. This role involves ensuring compliance with CQC standards, meeting financial targets, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Domiciliary Registered Manager will conduct service user assessments, manage staff schedules, and uphold company policies and statutory obligations. Effective handling of complaints and fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders are also key aspects of the role. The Domiciliary Registered Manager will drive service excellence by prioritising safety, satisfaction, and well-being for both staff and service users. By providing strong leadership and maintaining high standards of care, the Domiciliary Registered Manager will play a crucial role in the growth and success of the service.

Do you have?

  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3, ideally Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
  • Experienced Deputy Manager seeking progression or an established Registered Manager.
  • Experience in CQC registration and domiciliary care management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Full driving license.
