We are looking to recruit a Registered General Nurse (RGN), ideally with experience working with dementia and elderly patients, specifically during night shifts. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in leading night shifts and managing care assistants, ensuring readiness for day shifts.
The position will involve working full-time on a rota basis, covering nights from 6:45 pm to 7:00 am, 2 shifts per week, plus working alternative weekends. As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing tailored care plans
- Safely administering medication
- Delivering excellence in all aspects of care
