About the Role

Our client is seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide compassionate, person-centered care, helping residents live life to the fullest. In this role, you will work in a friendly, supportive environment where your skills and dedication are valued and where the health and happiness of residents are always at the heart of everything we do. You will be a valued member of a locally respected care provider, supporting 24 residents across two floors. The role is as much about spending time with residents, helping them enjoy life to the full, as supporting their everyday care needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead night shifts with confidence, positivity, and professionalism.
  • Deliver high-quality person-centered care, ensuring residents' individual needs are fully supported.
  • Develop, review, and follow personalized care plans that reflect holistic, outcome-focused support.
  • Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, administering medications safely and accurately.
  • Maintain full compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a respectful, warm, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
  • Champion continuous learning and development to enhance care delivery.

About You

  • Valid NMC Registration
  • Strong understanding of person-centered care and dignity in care
  • Confident shift leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate and committed to ongoing professional development
  • Experience with dementia and/or end-of-life care (desirable)
  • Experience using electronic care planning systems, ideally PCS (desirable)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement person-centered care plans (desirable)
  • Warm, friendly, positive, and genuinely passionate about supporting older people
