We are recruiting a Care Manager for our client, a reputable care organization dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs. As a Care Manager, you will lead a team in providing supported accommodation within a specialized service tailored to meet the needs of eight elderly individuals with mental health conditions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily care operations
- Coordinating supported living schedules
- Supervising staff
- Delivering on-the-job training
- Ensuring the provision of person-centered care
- Conducting regular appraisals
- Overseeing staff performance
