Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join our clients team. Reporting to the Service Support Manager and Care Director, you will lead a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Manager your responsibilities will include maintaining CQC compliance, managing staff performance, and fostering a culture of excellence in care provision. Additionally, the Registered Manager will play a key role in budget management, service development, and stakeholder engagement to enhance our services and promote resident well-being. As the Registered Manager, you will act as a central point of contact for residents and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
