Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join our clients team. Reporting to the Service Support Manager and Care Director, you will lead a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Manager your responsibilities will include maintaining CQC compliance, managing staff performance, and fostering a culture of excellence in care provision. Additionally, the Registered Manager will play a key role in budget management, service development, and stakeholder engagement to enhance our services and promote resident well-being. As the Registered Manager, you will act as a central point of contact for residents and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. You will attend resident village meetings to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring resident needs are met and service quality is continuously improved. Moreover, the Registered Manager will oversee the recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver safe and effective care.
