We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager for our client, a leading home care provider. In this role, the Registered Care Manager will be instrumental in driving their expansion and ensuring the highest standards of homecare services. The Registered Care Manager will oversee all aspects of care service delivery, including the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

In this role, the Registered Care Manager will build strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust in our client services. You will drive business growth through networking and identifying expansion opportunities, while ensuring seamless care provision through effective communication and teamwork. This role offers significant career progression, including the potential to become an Operations Manager overseeing multiple territories.

While the role is expected to transition to a hybrid model with up to two days working from home, full on-site presence will be required during the first 12 months to ensure full involvement in all aspects of the service and team integration.

Do you have?

  • Registered Manager qualification, Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or a relevant degree
  • Proven experience in a homecare sector role, with a track record of high-quality care delivery
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care and enhancing the lives of others
  • Valid driving license
