Job Scope: We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and manage complex care packages, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful transition, start-up, and continuity of complex care services. In this role, you will manage a team of nurses and case managers, driving the delivery of person-centred care while ensuring the well-being of individuals is prioritized. You will advocate for improvements and handle complaints and safeguarding matters effectively.
