We are recruiting a Residential Care Manager for our client, a reputable care organization dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs. As a Residential Care Manager, you will oversee a team providing supported accommodation to six female residents, aged 18-40, with mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily care operations
  • Scheduling shifts
  • Providing supervision and on-the-job training
  • Ensuring person-centered care is delivered
  • Conducting regular appraisals
  • Managing staff performance
  • Fostering a positive, well-trained team
  • Leading risk assessments
