We are seeking a Service Manager who will serve as a pillar of integrity for our client, maintaining competence through ongoing management training to update knowledge and skills. In this role, the Service Manager will oversee complex care services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, with a focus on achieving 100% audit compliance.

The Service Manager will oversee the accurate and timely submission of payroll information, petty cash, DBS payments, and timesheets to meet deadlines. You, as a Service Manager, will also ensure alignment of pay rates and charge rates for temporary roles with Agenda for Change, NHSP, and other agencies, while assessing clients' ability to pay promptly to optimize sales and service efforts.

Collaboration with stakeholders, managing demand, controlling costs, and promoting teamwork are key aspects of this position. Compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation is essential. The Service Manager should treat all employees and internal customers respectfully to foster company team spirit and job satisfaction while supporting skill development.
