We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager responsible for delivering high-quality home care services to ensure clients live with the best quality of life. The Registered Manager will manage the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient resource allocation, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with care regulations and company policies.
As a Registered Manager, you will lead and support the staff team, ensuring they perform their duties safely and effectively. You will be responsible for the recruitment, induction, training, and supervision of staff, promoting the rights of each client, and ensuring their care and support plans are tailored to their needs. The Registered Manager will also handle health and safety, oversee infection control, manage complaints and incidents, and work closely with external professionals to maintain the highest standards of care. This role is accountable to the franchisee and the care regulator, requiring flexibility, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
