We are looking for a Regional Nurse Manager to drive excellence across our clients' care homes, supporting Home Managers in delivering high-quality nursing care. The Regional Nurse Manager will oversee clinical practices across residential and nursing services in Kent, covering Faversham, Chatham, Canterbury, Tonbridge, and South East London. This role requires regular travel between locations to provide hands-on support, ensuring compliance with best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

The Regional Nurse Manager will mentor nursing teams, enhance care planning, and lead training initiatives to maintain high standards of care. Additionally, the Regional Nurse Manager will oversee NMC revalidation, support recruitment and retention efforts, and implement quality improvement strategies based on audits and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with leadership teams, the Regional Nurse Manager will provide strategic insights and updates to drive service excellence. Do you have?

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
