We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support the safe delivery and ongoing development of community-based complex care services in London. About the Role
As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide office-based clinical leadership and oversight to support clients receiving complex care within their own homes and community settings. You as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) will oversee clinical risk assessments, care planning, package mobilisation, staff training, and competency assessments, ensuring care delivery remains safe, compliant, and evidence-based at all times. The role requires a confident and proactive clinician who can work independently while supporting operational teams and contributing to service growth.
