We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our clients team, providing exceptional care and clinical oversight for individuals with complex health and social care needs. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will provide strong leadership to Registered Nurses and collaborate closely with the wider team to support their learning, development, and professional growth. The Clinical Lead will conduct quality audits, oversee clinical supervision, and lead regular meetings to ensure that care delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices. This role also involves fostering communication across teams and contributing to governance processes, ensuring every client's safety and dignity remain at the forefront.
Do you have?
- A valid NMC pin and current practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK, with experience in general nursing and managing clients who are ventilated via tracheostomy.
- Proven experience managing a team of nurses, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Up-to-date competencies in community-based clinical activities, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of English comprehension and grammar.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to review and interpret complex documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- A full UK driving license.
