Job Scope: We are in search of dedicated Healthcare Assistants for a beautiful care home located in Brighton and Hove. The company\’s mission is to provide the best possible care and ensure the well-being of both residents and staff, fostering a happy working environment where everyone can thrive. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, promote independence and life skills while ensuring safety and well-being, assist with personal care, medication, and daily activities, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
