We are recruiting a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our client in delivering high-quality care within a high-dependency residential setting for adults with learning disabilities. The Support Worker will play a central role in supporting three individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives through meaningful engagement and personalised support. In this role, the Support Worker will assist with daily living tasks, educational and health-related activities, and community appointments; a driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personal care
  • Supporting communication using Makaton
  • Maintaining accurate records and care documentation

The Support Worker will work across a flexible shift rota and be part of a structured, supportive team environment that promotes therapeutic engagement, social inclusion, and independence. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who values making a real difference in others' lives every day.

Do you have?

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience supporting epilepsy
  • Ability to support people with high dependency needs and complex behaviours, including those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours described as challenging.
