We are recruiting an experienced Clinical Quality Manager for a leading not-for-profit provider of high-quality residential and home care for older people. With over 30 years of experience, the organization supports more than 1,000 individuals through nursing and dementia care homes, home care, and well-being services, all aligned with its mission of creating vibrant, fulfilling communities.

The Clinical Quality Manager will play a vital role in supporting care home managers and clinical teams to achieve the highest standards of care. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements, providing expert guidance on clinical governance, and driving quality improvement initiatives across all services. The Clinical Quality Manager will also oversee the implementation of a recovery plan for newly acquired nursing homes, addressing existing CQC ratings and stabilizing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Quality Manager passionate about improving care outcomes. Regular travel to services and collaboration with nurse-qualified care home managers will be essential in ensuring consistent quality improvements.
