We are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead to join our team. In the role of Clinical Lead, you play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high quality, person centered care across all the Care homes we are recruiting for. Directly collaborating with care teams, your responsibilities encompass implementing best practices, providing training, and aligning procedures with policies.
As a Clinical Lead, you take the lead on care projects, overseeing IT systems and acoustic monitoring. Your duties extend to developing and delivering clinical training programs, coordinating orientation for new staff, and spearheading clinical investigations to improve policy and practice. In complex clinical situations, you offer guidance, fostering continuous improvement and shared learning. Your involvement includes assisting in care plan development, policy review, and evaluating staff performance to ensure alignment with residents' needs and regulatory standards.
Collaborating with regulatory bodies, staying informed about industry trends, and supporting staff in professional development, you contribute to a culture of lifelong learning. Do you have?
- Relevant qualification in health and social care, Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years proven leadership or clinical experience in residential or nursing care settings.
- Expertise in collaborating, mentoring, and motivating employees to build successful teams.
- Project management experience, especially in implementing care plan software and digital medicine systems.
- Leadership in introducing best practices in dementia care and collaborating with clinical facilitators.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, including CQC standards, and knowledge of best practices in residential care for older adults, including safeguarding and complaint management.
