About the Role
As Home Manager, you will have full accountability for the operational, clinical, and commercial performance of the home. You will lead, motivate, and develop your management and care teams to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with senior leadership, including Operations and Quality teams, and play a key role in maintaining and improving inspection outcomes, occupancy, and staff engagement. Emergency on-call duties are shared on a rota basis with the Deputy Manager.
