We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ambitious and experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position, leading and developing high-quality domiciliary care and supported living services across Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated care leader who is looking to progress into a Registered Manager role with the support of an established organisation.

However, candidates must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have previous experience being registered with the CQC.

Deputy Managers with a strong background in domiciliary care are also encouraged to apply.

Experience working with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), complex healthcare packages, Continuing Healthcare (CHC), community-based care services, supported living, or learning disabilities would be highly advantageous.

About the Role As a Deputy Manager, you will take on a leadership role with a clear progression pathway into Registered Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of domiciliary care and supported living services while developing the skills and experience required to assume full registration.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help oversee care delivery, quality assurance, safeguarding, staffing, compliance, and service development, ensuring services consistently deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.
