We are seeking an Assistant Registered Manager to join our client, a well-established and growing domiciliary care provider in the North of England. The Assistant Registered Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC regulations.
As the Assistant Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting staff recruitment, training, and retention
- Conducting client visits
- Participating in assessments
- Liaising with external professionals and family members
- Involvement in rota reviews, data sharing, and attending multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure safe and effective care delivery

- Proven experience in a leadership role within domiciliary/home care services
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for assessments and meetings
