We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join us at KIWI Children Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group family. We provide therapeutic residential homes for young people requiring high levels of support. Our approach is trauma-informed and human-first, grounded in consistency, compassion, and purpose-driven care.

We, at KIWI Children Services, provide tailored accommodation and bespoke support that focuses on positive risk management, skill building, trauma-informed care, and a culture of compassion to young people requiring high levels of therapeutic intervention and support. The priority of our Children and Young Person Service is to provide high quality, humanised care so that young people, often experiencing crisis, can begin to lead enriched lives, shaping their own future. This service exists to prevent crisis, avoid unnecessary inpatient admission, and ensure young people leaving care are not left to manage adulthood alone. We are dedicated to empowering young lives, one person at a time. Our mission is to provide bespoke children and young person services that prioritize collaboration, trauma-informed care, access to therapies, and a culture of compassion.
