Job Scope: We are recruiting for our client a compassionate and forward-thinking Community Care Manager to lead the delivery of person-centred support for individuals with complex needs across Reigate, Redhill, and Horley. The Community Care Manager will guide and empower staff teams to enable people to live fulfilling, independent lives through positive risk-taking, active support, and creative approaches.

The Community Care Manager will be responsible for supervising care delivery across community-based services, ensuring excellent standards are maintained. This includes leading by example during shift work, coaching staff, attending monthly management meetings, and participating in the on-call rota. The Community Care Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, kindness, and empowerment while driving quality across services and ensuring the voice of those supported is at the centre of care planning.

Do you have?

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing care services in a community setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support staff
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Willingness to work 2 days on shift and travel across Surrey as required
  • Confident in managing risk and promoting independence through creative support strategies
