Location: Colchester

We are looking to recruit a Registered General Nurse (RGN) who embodies warmth, friendliness, and dedication. We seek an individual who takes pride in their work and has a genuine interest in improving the daily lives of our clients' residents.

The position will involve working full-time on a rota basis, covering three shifts per week, including alternative weekends, with hours from 6.45 am to 7:00 pm.

In this role as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs. You will rely on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions and will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Developing tailored care plans
  • Safely administering medication
  • Consistently delivering excellence in all aspects of care
