Job Scope: Our client is currently looking for a dedicated and child-centred Children Registered Manager to open a beautiful two-bedded home. As the Children Registered Manager, you will be fully involved in the recruitment of your own staff team and will have a say in how the home is presented. You will receive full support from an experienced Registered Manager and the Responsible Individual throughout your role. The Children Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective running of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the safety and well-being of the children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a newly established home, providing leadership and guidance to the staff team and ensuring a high standard of care.. Do you have? At least 2 years of experience in a residential childcare setting within the last 5 years. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
