Job Scope: We are seeking to recruit a Children Registered Manager to lead and manage our client’s Ofsted-registered services in London.The Children Registered Manager will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioral difficulties. As the Children Registered Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations while fostering a safe and supportive environment. You will lead a team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, ensuring they are motivated and delivering high-quality care. The Children Registered Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring systems like ClearCare are used effectively. In this role, you will liaise with external agencies, safeguarding young people while maintaining professional relationships. The Children Registered Manager will implement quality assurance practices to continuously improve service standards. Additionally, you will be on call as part of a shared rota with other Registered Managers in the region.
