We are recruiting a Clinical Registered Manager for our clients nursing and dementia care home. The Clinical Registered Manager will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional, person-centered care that meets clinical governance standards and complies with regulatory requirements. This role is key to fostering a positive team culture and delivering the highest standards of resident well-being.
As the Clinical Registered Manager, you will oversee staff recruitment, induction, and development, while working closely with senior management to uphold and improve CQC standards. The ideal Clinical Registered Manager will empower staff to support residents in living vibrant, fulfilling lives through active support, constructive risk-taking, and creative thinking.
