About the Role

In this role as a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily rotas, ensuring all visits are covered, and maintaining compliance with CQC standards. Working closely with care staff, you will provide real-time updates and guidance to ensure smooth service delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidence using care scheduling systems, and a compassionate approach to supporting both clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage pressure effectively
  • Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining digital and manual records
  • Flexible to participate in on-call duties when required
