We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support the safe delivery and ongoing development of community-based complex care services in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing domiciliary care service and play a key role in shaping clinical standards, supporting care teams, and ensuring high-quality person-centred care delivery.
About the Role
As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide office-based clinical leadership and oversight to support clients receiving complex care within their own homes and community settings. You will oversee clinical risk assessments, care planning, package mobilisation, staff training, and competency assessments, ensuring care delivery remains safe, compliant, and evidence-based at all times. The role requires a confident and proactive clinician who can work independently while supporting operational teams and contributing to service growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the clinical components of care delivery
- Support mobilisation and implementation of new complex care packages
- Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk management processes
- Develop and oversee person-centred care plans
- Provide training, supervision, and competency assessments to care staff
- Support clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals
- Provide clinical guidance and support to operational teams
- Monitor quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development and growth of clinical services, maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
About You
- Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN
- Minimum 2 years' nursing experience within community or hospital settings
- Experience in complex care, clinical risk management, and care planning
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and governance frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Confident delivering training and supporting staff development
- Good IT and documentation skills
- Positive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Teaching or mentoring experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
