Job Scope: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to join a well-established provider of high-quality domiciliary care services. The Domiciliary Registered Manager will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while upholding the organisation's commitment to client dignity and a carer-centric approach. As the Domiciliary Registered Manager, you will oversee the adherence to operational policies and ensure all care provided aligns with the organisation's quality standards. You will lead and support care staff through training, supervision, and performance management, while organising regular team meetings to foster collaboration. Additionally, as a Domiciliary Registered Manager, you will be responsible for implementing business continuity plans, managing facilities, and attending management meetings to align the branch with organisational goals.

Do you have?

  • Experience in CQC registration and domiciliary care management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
  • Full driving license.
